Kisabel

He is a fallen angel persecuted by the "seers" for a crime he did not commit yet. Indeed, the seers are stong creatures with a powerful gift to forsee the future. They serve the angels and hunt down those who will break the laws of the celestial plane, even before they have broken them. A seer forsaw Kisabel's future and discovered that he would soon break one of the great laws, he was hunted. And he is still hunted.
