Segawa Kaede

Kaede behaves like a strict honor student for the most part, but she also truly possesses a sadistic side. Recently, teasing Asuka has become a hobby of hers. She is part of the Disciplinary Committee, but it's purely because she gets joy from making the other students distraught when she gives them citations. Kaede and Sakura are good friends and are often seen together. They're referred to as the Springfall Duo by the other students. Being Sakura's friend, Kaede also abides by Reika, just like she does.
