The trio were constructed by Manson's subconscious to be his friends, and are devoted to steering him the "right" path, even to the detriment of his mental health. In the best endings, Lamp vanishes. In Dorothy's route, she gains the name Tasha.

she calls herself Father Lamp. She attempts to wed Manson and Sharpay before being thwarted. Unfortunately, she marries Dorothy and Manson in Dorothy's route.
