The quiet seaside town of Yurigahama is known for its private school that provides female athletes for swimming tournaments on national level.
This year school suffers a huge defeat at preliminary competitions, and only ace of girl team Hoshizaki Anon gets a ticket to the nationals.
Her childhood friend boy Hibiki dreams of nationals himself, but after three years of training these dreams gets defeated in an instant.
He starts to re-evaluate his life and affinity to the sports.
At the same time there is a new face - Suzuna - in the girl swimming team. She is very talented and inspires great hopes for the team.
This bittersweet summer Hibiki, Anon and Suzuna will spend alongside.
