Yumemimachi is a small town that faces the Seto Inland Sea.
The industry of this town, which is in population decline, includes fishing, agriculture, and a hill called Yumemigaoka that serves as a sight-seeing spot.
Yumemimachi is being swallowed up by other expanding towns, and Yumemigaoka is vanishing due to development.
The heroine and her childhood friends unite to somehow protect Yumemigaoka, however...
