After much effort, the protagonist, Sumoto Hikari, enters Rinsho Academy, a prestigious school known throughout the country. However, his joy ends there. Everyone around him is even better than him, even though he was supposed to be "excellent." Little by little, Hikari falls behind. Then, he is told about a good study method: "self-hypnosis."
After researching it more, he realizes that it can be used on others, and releases the frustration that has been building up inside him. After using it on many girls, Hikari's final target is the student council president, Kubota Asahi, who is known as a genius even within the school, and the chairperson of the discipline committee, Arisawa Fumika, who has a grudge against Hikari and always scolds him.
Hikari decides to hypnotise the two girls, turning them into erotic characters in the way he wants them to be.
