With his command authority, he would issue orders to his cadre of monster subordinates, crush the forces of justice, and achieve world domination!

But the so-called "heroes of justice" they faced were a ruthless bunch who would stop at nothing to win. Every time, his subordinates came back battered and bruised.

And so, these women turned to him…
Sometimes they lashed out in frustration, other times they genuinely sought comfort, teasing him or clinging to him in different ways—but always, they ended up demanding something intimate.

Colonel Zero, despite his timid and kind-hearted nature, had somehow ended up as a great evil mastermind.
His basic abilities weren’t particularly strong either, so he often found himself at their mercy.

And so, the mission of world domination began—or rather, the equally important task of providing mental support to his subordinates as they worked toward world conquest!
