The protagonist, A student named Sumeragi Rei, helps out with the cooking for his family's Western restaurant, Trattoria Felice. It’s hard work for him and his mother, but they are loved by the townspeople. During the night, Rei practices cooking in order to improve his skills in the kitchen. The joy and excitement of the people in the city can be clearly seen, even though the residents are facing hardships.
On one normal day, Rei was out of the house earlier than usual to meet his childhood friend Misato, whose house is located next to the Rei's house. As usual, Rei and Misato enjoy the sights around them as they walk to school in silence.
On this day, a third-year transfer student named Kotoishi Iori joins the same school as Rei and Misato. When Rei first meets eyes with Kotoishi, they both feel a strange spark of interest...
Around Rei, various types of gatherings and events begin to occur in his vicinity.
All the meetings between female students and Rei may be the start of a new love story in his life: This is a love story that ends with "marriage".
