Mahou Senshi Exceed Knights -Aratanaru Sekai no Megami-tachi-

The plan of Falke and Silva was destroyed by Mahou Senshi (Magical Warriors). The two that planned to release Metzer along with the monsters had gone disappeared. The world has once again returned to its peaceful state.

Yurise Ririna sensed that there were still invaders from the other world. She bought over Kokusaikyoudou school and introduced Magic Study curriculum to the school. She proceeded the plan to nurture successful students and to provide the training ground for the future generation of Mahou Senshi. Sawatari Kei was one of the school's normal course's students, but he advanced to Magic Study course with his excellent academic results. There, he met Masaki Momoka, his classmate, and Saimeiji Shion, a student council member. Kei who thought that he wouldn't be able to keep up with all the lessons mysteriously understood everything.

One day, Kei met a girl named Noel who is 『the agent of Cocono Aqua』. He learned that there is a highly restrictive institution that keeps Seireiseki (Holy Tear Stone), a stone that has the power to give birth to Mahou Senshi, and that he could obtain its power. Noel informed Kei that "you have the special blood that would allow you to control the world running through your veins". And with the power to make Mahou Senshi as his pawn, Kei urged for the world domination.

After that, Kei gave the power and transformed Momoka and Shion, who were attacked by monsters, into Mahou Senshi. With the realization of his ambition, Kei determined to manipulate the new born warriors while fighting against the previous generation of Mahou Senshi.
