Okamura Yuto is a quiet, introverted high school student living an otherwise ordinary life—until he receives a peculiar package from his archaeologist father. Inside is a strange, plate-like artifact etched with mysterious symbols. According to his father, it’s said to be an ancient relic with hypnotic powers—capable of putting people into a trance and accepting any suggestion given.

Initially dismissing it as another of his father’s odd souvenirs, Yuto’s curiosity eventually gets the better of him. To his surprise, the relic works exactly as described.

As Yuto experiments with its power, memories of a childhood friend resurface—Azusa, now a member of the track and field club. Once close, they’ve since drifted apart, but seeing her dedication and graceful figure reignites Yuto’s interest.

Driven by newfound feelings, he uses the artifact to reconnect with Azusa. Their conversations grow deeper—revisiting the past, sharing present thoughts, and slowly rekindling a lost bond. When he invites her to his room, Yuto learns that Azusa secretly has a crush on an older member of her club.

Though briefly discouraged, Yuto is surprised—and intrigued—to learn that her crush is actually a woman. Azusa, struggling with insecurities about her performance in track and her appearance, wishes to improve and grow. Wanting to support her honestly, Yuto decides to use the artifact not just for connection, but to help her reach her potential.
