Because of family circumstances, the protagonist has to move abroad.

In the little time he has left, he works tirelessly to nurture his friendships and express his feelings. Along the way, new encounters spark new emotions.
The protagonist’s actions will drastically change the futures of the girls around him. Whether those actions were right or wrong, no one can say for sure.

Now adults, they each carry burdens and struggles that they can’t share with others. The passage of time has also created a wall between the protagonist and his friends.
Amidst this, the protagonist strives to rebuild his connections with them and find love once more.
