Haruharo!

Momotei Gakuen is a co-educational boarding school with a male-to-female ratio of 1:10. It was an all-girls school when it was founded - however, the rights of the girls traditionally outweigh those of the boys.
They are housed in a boarded, rundown dormitory, which is a far cry from the luxurious girls' dormitory.

The "March 3rd Committee" plays a major role in their ill-treatment.

This all-girls committee, the most powerful in the school, is the key to this female chauvinism. They hold positions that resemble those of a podium, and are the object of admiration amongst the female students.
One day, a rumor was circulated that the boys' dormitory was to be closed. Eventually, they learn that it is not a rumor but a fact, and the boys finally stand up for themselves.
They (forcibly) form the "Private Peach Youth Student Council" with the protagonist, Kaoru Kuze, as its president.

Thus begins the resistance of the private student council to regain the boys' basic student rights!
