정신을 차린 타쿠미가 도착한 곳은 외부와 단절된, 이계의 불꽃으로 둘러싸인 '라스트 디펜스 아카데미'였습니다. 그곳에서 타쿠미와 14명의 학생들은 '특수 방위 부대'로 징집되어, 앞으로 100일간 학교를 안전하게 지켜야 하는 임무를 맡게 됩니다. 과연 이들은 평범했던 일상을 되찾고 기괴한 학교 침입자들로부터 세계를 구하기 위해 어디까지 희생할 각오가 되어 있을까요?
