Tomoe Rena lives in the artificial marine city of Zeropolis. Using the power of Encielium Card, she transforms into Enciel Rena — a warrior who fights against evil.

Then a magical warrior Nephile appears before Rena. She claims to have traveled from another world to rescue comrades sealed away by a greater demon Dirac.

After promising to help Nephile, Rena gets swallowed by a sudden spatial distortion and is flung into another world alongside her.

In this new world, a man called Judgment unilaterally punishes "sinners" under the guise of condemnation. The world's magical warriors were already investigating these incidents.

With Judgment, Dirac, and a new evil organization each scheming in the shadows, both Light Angel and magical warriors get dragged into a lewd trial...
