Ever since his accident while mountain climbing, the fitness influencer 'Keith Training" hasn't been posting much outside of recycled content. In fact, he's seemed hesitant to show much of his face at all!
While some fans understandably assume it has to do with his injury, that is honestly far from the case. To put it simply, Keith Bailey has gotten fat. Really fat. And do you wanna know the worst part?
