Sakuragaoka is a hospital in the suburbs. It’s divided into two factions; the president who is head of surgery, and the vice president who is the head of internal medicine.

The black-hearted president is hatching a plot to oust the vice president, who opposes him utterly. Meanwhile the anti-president faction (lead by the vice president) is also aiming to get the president fired by bringing to light his history of embezzling.

Both sides hire private detectives to find each other’s weak points. The anti president faction has hired the protagonist, Amamiya Kotarou, while the president’s faction has hired Niimura Miwa.

Many people have become embroiled in the war between factions; the female doctors, your rival detective, the nurses with their sad pasts, a new patient with a tumultuous relationship with her father… they hurt each other, and the hatred between them grows.

This is a detective adventure game, set in a hospital that grips the very fate of everyone inside.
