Denji Otori, the ultimate guitarist, is one of the sixteen ultimates invited by a mysterious corporation called "Ouroboros Inc." to an event called the "Ultimate unification program". It was supposed to be a nice vacation in a prestigious hotel, but something went very, very wrong. Denji woke up on a mysterious tropical island with the other ultimates.
