Fifteen years ago, "Gate", which is an entrance to another world, appeared in some places on earth. The name of the other world is Landlork. The two worlds started to exchange since then. People of the earth started to get interested in Landlork since people in Landlork can use magic. Haruta, a high school student, visits Landlork as an exchange student.
