I'm currently a second-year undergrad lucky enough to be attending the University of Southern California, where the game design program has been named #1 in North America by the Princeton Review nearly every year since 2010. I've loved games ever since my dad got me hooked on World of Warcraft when I was young, and though I always thought I'd pursue the engineering side of things, storytelling is my biggest passion and ultimately what I want to do.

Writing isn't everything, though. At USC Games, I've had the opportunity to learn about nearly every aspect of game making, from sound design, to engineering, to 3D modeling, business, and more. Knowing at least a little about each of these areas has made me more well-rounded as a general game developer and facilitated much smoother cooperation with my fellow developers.

At USC, I'm a member of EscapeSC, the school's premier escape room club where we design, playtest, and gamemaster online and in-person escape rooms, as well as Trojan Adventuring Party (TAP), a TTRPG club where I DM D&D 5e. I recently finished my second campaign with TAP, and am excited to start a third this fall! I'm also a student leader of Progressive Christians @ USC and a member of the Makers of Entertaining Games Association (MEGA)

As for hobbies, I enjoy creative writing (which I suppose is kind of work, but kind of not). I am also legally obligated as a game developer to enjoy games. Some of my favourite games are Death's Door, Apex Legends, Star Wars: KOTOR, and The Last of Us. I also enjoy watching Critical Role, RWBY, and drum corps/indoor percussion shows.
