Entered visual novel industry at Abel Software, later co-founded Littlewitch where he served as PR director until Abel sued for defamation in 2002 over his BBS posts disparaging their staff, forcing his departure. Founded Amalgame LLC in 2002, launching Infinite-Justice brand whose debut title Reflective Heart was cancelled in 2003 after repeated delays and artist departures; similarly, his 2005 project ELEMENTAL LEGION, an adult game with characters nearly identical to Mag Garden's EREMENTAR GERAD, was cancelled following shareholder conflict-of-interest controversy. Briefly operated Kuzuryuu until its closure in 2004; co-founded Innocent Grey in 2004, serving as sponsor. Ceased game industry involvement after 2009 to focus on day trading, which led to his 2013 arrest and 2014 conviction for securities fraud, receiving a 3-year prison sentence (suspended for 4 years) for pump-and-dump manipulation.
