Valhalla was a brand of Starlink.
On March 10th, 2004, the brand was dissolved for unknown reasons. This prevented games like Kissing!! ~under the mistletoe~ to continue operating. Subsequently, all sales and customer service related to the games were moved to GROOVER, although later discontinued in May 2004.
Most of the people involved in Vahalla since its closure were either returned to GROOVER or moved to their sister brand S.M.L.
