Content production company and former subsidiary of Aeria that primarily planned and produced content for female audiences and operated studios. It announced its dissolution on January 7, 2019 and dissolved in July of the same year, being partially absorbed by Arithmetic Inc.

Not to be confused with the Zero Software brand Asgard.
