Limited number (around 800-1000 by rough estimation) of physical copies were made for the 2010 Anime Expo.
Due to copyright reasons, background music has been replaced. However, there are unofficial patches released, which restore BGM from original Japanese "Higurashi no Naku Koro ni".
The Music Room, Mini Game and Staff Room were also removed.
