According to the translator https://www.reddit.com/r/visualnovels/comments/13gy10p/early_preview_1st_encounter_with_touka_liu_bei/ , the patch translated 60% of the game into English, up until when you meet Touka for the 1st time (included all dialogues from the base game Suzukuri Karin chan).
Also added exclusive contents from the Append like new sequel stories / new heroines/ units/ traps/ extras.... (which don't exist in Johren/Shiravune version)
