Installation:
Step-1: Replace the files of game's_location\rld
Step-2: Press Win + R
Type: intl.cpl
Press Enter
Step-3: Click the "Administrative" tab
Click "Change system locale..."
Select "Japanese (Japan)"
Uncheck "Beta: Use Unicode UTF-8 for worldwide language support" [Most important]
Click OK
Restart your PC
After a restart, switch to Japanese IME and run the exe with Japanese locale.
