On 09/13/2012, CraneAnime, an Indonesian-based Warez group and reviewer, announced they would be working on an English translation patch for Tenshin Ranman - Lucky or Unlucky!?. At the time CraneAnime claimed they were aiming for a full translation, however, only a prologue patch was released, and the project was dropped in 2015.
