The story mode in this volume continues where VIPER Island Vol. 4 left off in Vision 2.
The Illust Logic game in this volume consists of more close-ups of some of the VIPER characters.
MiniMiniMiniMini MiniGame returns in its third installment. Magic Door is an opening shade that briefly shows you what a number of VIPER characters are doing. Eraser Game pits Mai vs. Ruri in a bout to correct the images that Ruri has altered with her eraser. Orders forces Karin to wait on a full house at Anne Mitter's and not make mistakes on anyone's order.
The third game, Saki Typing, has Rise's Saki teaching English to the underground race through typing tutorials. This mini-game clearly led to development of the full fledged game, Typing VIPER.
