Nanairo Reincarnation - Re-edit Patch

Unofficial patch for r52375 but should also work with the steam version with r66582 applied, won't work with the unpatched all-ages version. What it does: -Changes nicknames to [name]-chan -Restores honorifics, onii-chan, onee-chan, etc -Restores JP name order and how Makoto refers to Kirara/Sayuri by their last name Just copy the files to the installation folder, where nanairo.exe is located.
