From FrostWulf94 on Reddit: "Total Eclipse's original PC release featured a prequel story called Teito Moyu, or The Burning of the Imperial Capital, that is what the first two episodes of the anime were about. It's basically Yui's backstory and post-battle PTSD arc." The Vita has this prequel story available to read in Japanese.
