Distributed in a password protected archive. To construct the password, you need to use your own copy of original game on any available platform.
The creator also made this patch https://archive.org/download/sasasagu_volume_fix_win.7z/sasasagu_volume_fix_win.7z which lets you lower the volume even more so you can actually hear the voice acting without having to mute the music itself.
