The Steam release of this bundle is region locked. The DX release of Ciel Nosurge brings several downgrades compared to the original PlayStation Vita release. They're the following: - All the touchscreen-based controls have been removed, and instead the game is controlled using the controller's buttons. - The game no longer has support for sleep mode. - The player can no longer create all the Sharls they want at once: the game now features a cooldown timer of one hour between each successful Sharl creation. - All the DLC costumes from collaboration campaigns (PM1-G-VTRN, LNK-S-ELTE, Cafe de Como, E2-E-JUMP and UC-LTLSWAN), and the Planetarium date spot have been removed.
