The digital signature of "灰色的果实_汉化补丁.exe" has a timestamp of 2021-Feb-6th.
Only the common routes was meant to be free, the game would suddenly return to title at a point. However you can find another version(marked as "免认证汉化补丁V2" im my obtained version) with a smaller UPDATE01.INT(3728KB) that has no such problem.
