This patch is most likely a leak from the developers (possibly from earlier stages of development) and was released unofficially. The H-scenes are textless and only the adult CGs are shown during moments of implied sex in the story. Note that the adult CGs do not appear in the VN's gallery after they are seen.
Download patch lmr.7z from the link, extract it and get the hpatch.mod file for your desired platform. Navigate to the main game folder. Inside the 'Love, Money, Rock'n'Roll_Data folder' create a folder called 'Mods'. Place the hpatch.mod file inside the 'Mods' folder. The path should be "Love, Money, Rock-n-Roll\Love, Money, Rock'n'Roll_Data\Mods\hpatch.mod".
