Universal rUGP Win10 crash fix

Now all old age games which weren't included in 20th Box will work effortlessly on new Windows versions, with no crashes. To install, copy 10WinCrashFix.rpo in the Plugins folder in the folder of your game of choice. For Akane Maniax, Daikuuji Kiki Ippatsu and KimiNozo Duelist: works ONLY on Bundle-ban BanBan (r43726) and stand alone version of KimiNozo Duelist (r43725) which comes with [url=/v38073]Kichiku no Mongai no Hen[/url]. Stand alone versions of Akane Maniax and Daikuuji Kiki Ippatsu don't work with this patch. For Kimi ga Ita Kisetsu remake: it crashes after installing DLC which adds Muv-Luv Alternative Chronicles: Confessions as well as Munakata and Kazama routes. Use the patch after installing the said DLC content to fix that. 20th box comes with a version of KimiIta which does not include the said DLC. For Chronicles side stories and Supplement: this is a patch for their original releases, which are original Muv-Luv Supplement (r892), FC4 (r2668) and KimiIta remake DLC. If you are playing photonflowers (r43621), you don't need this patch. Pikopiko ~Hitokuchi Dake no Yuuki~ which was not included in the 20th Box is also supported.
