CHAOS;HEAD NOAH Overhaul Patch (Steam, Steam Deck, and GOG)

Current version: 1.1.3 (As of October 25, 2025) Commitee of Zero patch for the official PC port available on Steam and GOG (r93152), porting their fan translation (r55700), including: * Script consistency - all terminology has been made consistent with the rest of the Science Adventure series. * Typography improvements - the font has been replaced with one that is easier to read. * Uncensoring of scenes - restores scenes that were cut in newer releases to those of the original Xbox 360 (r2826) release. * Translated CGs - translates, fixes machine translation and re-edits CGs. * Subtitles 1 - adds text to various voice-only lines and cutscenes. * Subtitles 2 - karaoke subs added to openings and endings [optional] * Stability - various bug fixes found in the port are entirely fixed, including FPS limit. * Steam Deck compatibility - easily installable on the Steam Deck's native OS with a single command.
