One of the evil nine-tailed Kitsune's, Genkou's tails. A youkai residing in Kamizawa. He schemes of world domination. When he was still a human, his name was Tokio Oshino, the ex-mayor of Kamizawa.
Though he's in a life or death struggle against Yatakarasu, he only opposes him covertly. Using Chuu as his hands and feet, he slowly recovers his strength.
