Father

Vladimir's, Tonya's and Sasha's "Father". He's actually their foster parent. It was he who transplanted Kikimora into Tonya and Sasha. He doesn't care anything about humans or ranks, and the only thing important to him is Mother Russia.
In Tonya's route he's the antagonist opposing Soushichi and friends.
