Bernkastel

Bernkastel is a witch known as the Witch of Miracles, and greatly resembles Furude Rika from Higurashi no Naku Koro ni.
Her vast power is capable of creating all kinds of miracles, but her heart has broken a bit as a result.

Back when she was a human, Lambdadelta once imprisoned her with a cruel fate, toying with her the whole time. As a result, it seems she's unable to abandon others who are caught within a similar fate.

It is said she resides in a world where concepts such as fate and probability can be visualized. She comes to Beatrice's game to ease her boredom. She assists the player by giving some hints around the workings of the game. Her "Magic of Miracles" allows her to reset a desperate situation as long as the probability of a favorable situation is not equal to zero.
