Touko has a mature air about her, yet she doesn't quite fit the mold of an adult or a child. She looks like a pretty young girl but talks in a boyish manner, setting her a bit apart from others. However, she doesn't seem to mind how she's perceived and confidently maintains her own rhythm in life.

Currently, she's dealing with an odd sense of unease about her current 'existence.' This feeling leads her to seek out a detective named Reiji, enlisting his help in a personal quest to uncover her 'true self.'

Touko carries a mysterious vibe, but she's also impulsive. For example, she might suddenly get curious about how a detective would react if they were followed, and without much thought, she'd actually try it out.
