The Chairman of the Archia Think Tank. He used to work as a researcher, but his project coordinating skills were highly recognized, and he was chosen to become the chairman. He virtually dictates over all affairs at the Think Tank; he supervises everything from household goods to military operations.

He is often criticized by the people of Great Fang and Clustania, but the Archians regard him highly, not only as the leader of their mammoth company, but as the defender of the city as well. They know humanity can safely survive in the Tower thanks to his efforts.
