Alfman Uranos

Alfman is the Chancellor of the "Grand Bell" organization Croix works for. He wields a lollipop gun to scare his subordinates. There seems to be ulterior motives to his actions, and he is extremely self-loving. He is an intimidating man and takes the idea of Metafalica very seriously. Cloche, in particular, finds it difficult to work with him.
