*Following the changes made in Kamaitachi no Yoru 2, the main character is renamed to Yajima Tooru and his lover to Kobayashi Mari.
*鎌井達の夜編 was renamed as 釜井達の夜編 (both pronounced as Kamaitachi no Yoru Hen) and the console to find is back to being a Super Famicon.
*An advertising for Kamaitachi no Yoru 2 called Waga Magoko-shi kara no Chousenjou can be unlocked.
*Bugfix for the flowchart.
*No vibration.
*New scream voices added.
*In relation to cartridge's space, Shin'ri no Tantei Monogatari and Chotto Ecchi na Kamaitachi, the two new hidden scenarios added in the PS1 version, were removed.
