This version is still censored compared to the original Japanese version. The nipples in several non-erotic CGs and sprites were censored for the all-ages version and these were not reverted for the 18+ version.

Rosie's CGs also face a similar problem where the censored version of the CGs from the all-ages version was retained in the 18+ version. Sekai Project/Denpasoft [url=https://denpasoft.com/kimagure-temptation-now-available/]has stated[/url] that these issues will be patched in a future build but nothing was done years later.
